This is a home-built knock-off version of the Bimmerworld brake cooling kit. Includes brake plates, fender liner flanges, CEET High-temp hoses, clamps, and even half of one E36 bumper inlet duct! This setup sells for $365 plus shipping from Bimmerworld. This home-made copy is 100% as effective, but just not as perfect and pretty (as if that matters on something like this). I used this on my M3 and it made a huge difference on track days. It also extends the life of your track pads.

How are these mounted? Do you have to remove the hub? How do you remove the current dust shield on E36 M3?

these go around the hub. if you follow the original links he posted, youll see how to install it. you basically have to cut off the existing shield
