I want to tint my Bemer soon to fight the summer heat, and I was just wondering if there are any tint shops in Houston that someone could reccomend. Also, how tinted can I go before the Houston area cops will give me a ticket? What is everyone elses experiences?

Anyone have any experience with tint shops in the Houston area?

I use Extreme up on the NW side. They have a shop on Louetta just east of Stuebner Airline as well as a shop on FM 1960 between Grant & Perry.

They have tinted all of my vehicles for the last 6 years. Highly recommended.

I used to live in Spring and there was some hole-in-the-wall place on 1960 East of 45. They were pretty good folks and knew their stuff. Had 3 vehicles done there, but that was over 5 yrs ago...

I use the one in Spring 99% of the time.

I used Formula One Tinting on Westheimer about 1/2 mile west of chimney rock. I was very pleased with their service and prices, I got my car tinted for around 210 I believe. They do a lot of high end cars and computer plot and cut the tint so it perfectly matches the glass. I can provide more info if you are interested.
