If someone would like some parts off my system that could be happy with 320-330 rwhp, I can fix them up! I need $$$$ to add to my savings to purchase some upgrades that will allow me to reach over 400 rwhp.

The items that will be for sale are an intercooler and charge piping ($200.00), exhaust manifold ($150.00), 30 lb red top injectors ($150.00), AA "socketed" reprogrammed ecu tuned for a Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo and 30 lb injectors at 9 psi with stock compression ($450.00), and misc couplings. These items are currently on my car along with a GT35R turbo and producing over 360 rwhp.

Let me know if anyone has any interest. Thanks

what's the dimension & inlet sizes of the intercooler?

The fin area is 13" wide x 8" tall x 3.5" thick. The tanks add about 5" to the overall width. The inlet and outlet are 2" and point down. Were you able to see the picture of it mounted on my Roady?

You made 360 whp with 30# injectors at 9psi with AA stage 1 chip?! Wow, I thought they maxed out at 300 whp. Free bump.

Thats with a GT35R and running limp mode. I wonder what it will do with proper tune and 42 lb injectors, intercooler, and piping?

Was it on limp mode because of the chip? Do you think similar power could be had with a T3/T4 T60-1 .63 A/R turbo with that chip and 30# injectors?

It wouldn't run wortha poot with the 02 sensors hooked up after I went to the GT35R, so I disconnected them and wa-la the thing runs pretty good. Limp mode is when the ECU puts the car on backup (safe) fuel and ignition maps, usually very rich and spark timing pulled.

You referred to the tuning I have as AA stage 1 and that it should produce around 300 rwhp with a T3/T4 60-1 turbo with .63 AR. which is close to what I had with the Turbonetics turbo (328 hp) before I upgraded to the GT35R, 3" downpipe, exhaust with no cats and running 02's unhooked. I had no CEL's when running the Turbonetics but of course I do now with the 02's unhooked.

jbob-It always looks bigger than it is! That was a typo on the thickness. It is actually 3.5" thick. Get back with me if that will work for you. Thanks
