Looking to take advantage of local 1.9% financing. Thanks to all who answered previous post. 1 more question -- what's a fair price?

Want to order metallic paint, manual trans., premium, satellite, heated seats, nav. Cars.com gives me MSRP = 43,065 and invoice = 39,425.

Dealer tells me "true cost" (with all fees added in) = 40,275 and will sell for 40,950 (approx 2100 below msrp; 1525 above invoice). Is this a deal worth taking or do I play hard ball?

oh, and bs. 1500 over invoice is no good. i'd offer 500 over, saying it's a fair profit for them (which it is). if they can't get under invoice + 1000, i'd walk.
