Looking at purchasing an e36 m3 in the Salem/Portland area. Can anyone refer me to a reputable shop to do a pre-purchase inspection? Preferably a place familiar with these cars.

I've never used this shop, but I've talked to them a few times about various problems that I've had with my car. They have been very very helpful on the phone, and know their stuff quite well. You will be referred to them by at least a few people on here and DTM and elsewhere. They are decently fair priced when it comes to work ($85/hr I think; I've never actually used their services, I use the dealer if its something I can't fix..) and do a great job so everyone says :) Best of luck
