Just wanted to share some work I did last week. I took the time to re-wrap the wiring harness, install new firewall pad, replace booster to a tii version with tii master along with the Volvo caliper/e21 vented rotor upgrade. I also had the manifold powder coated along with the valve cover. I relocated the booster vacuum pickup to the uderside of the manifold.

Metric Mech states 155hp/145tq. I'll have Edge dyno it the next time they have a dyno day. I'll post the readout.
Thanks for the encouragement tommazza!

Cris... your car always looks good, either going fast or standing still. I think these were upgrades for both!!! I think your car has to be one of the best 2002s of that year in the US for sure.

I sent you an e-mail about your Euro turn signals and how I did them.

I will be at Rob's starting Wednesday of this week and will be leaving on Sunday early. If you are going to be around, let me know.

If not, still hope to meet you and see the car in person some day. Make that all your cars!

Nice car and engine. Do you have any more shots of the HKS intake? It looks weird sitting so low and wondering how you have the piping routed? BTW, I'm sporting the same HKS on another car. :buttrock

Thanks for the kind words guys. I can take more shots of the intake. I mounted it low to take advantage of the air coming thru the radiator support. The piping is pretty basic and I used 2 45* silicone hoses from Turbohoses along with their stainless clamps(nice clamps). I fabbed up a bracket that goes from the bottom of the HKS filter to the alternator mount so the filter and tube move with the motor.

It's down at the paint shop now. I'll have to wait until I'm there next week. We're tearing it down to shave all the U.S. spec side markers and lights. New paint and trim pieces as well.

I'd like to see some documentation on the EFI conversion. Pictures, maybe some DIY's. Very interested to see how you got such a clean install.

WHat color is that? your car is definately the nicest restore i have seen yet.
