Weight is 1500 kg which is like a little over 3,300 lbs.
Horsepower I'm not sure of, it's either 190 something or 180 something, but I think it's 182 hp.

182HP, something around 224 torque...same as the 535i and 635i of that period...
A chip and diff swap helps a lot, BTW.

Hey on BMW info site, they said that the 735i had 218hp... So why does it do 0-60 in 9 secs? Is it because of the Diff? Or wat?

oh ok. So Reed Hunt do u think if i change the diff, would it drop to 8 secs and with the chip get high 7s?

If 0-60 was truly 9.1 seconds, you will need more than a chip and diff swap to knock 1+ seconds off your time (to get into the 7s).
Going from memory (check the Dinan site) I think the chip adds about 24HP and about the same in torque...So that would get you a few tenths off your time. Similarly, the diff swap might get you 0.3-0.5 seconds improvement, depending on your final drive (I went with a 3.73:1, up from my stock 3.25).
You're going to need to drop some serious weight, increase displacement, or get blown to get into the 7s, IMHO. A 5-speed swap would be a nice addition, regardless of what you decide.

I was kind of kidding regarding the diet...
The truth is that your car will never be a rocket (no insult) - it's a great highway cruiser that can be perked up via a chip and diff and tightened up via some suspension work, though...
How many miles are on the engine/car? That engine can go 250K miles without significant work (assuming decent care). Does the car burn oil?
You can also have a compression test and/or a leak-down test performed to get a better picture of the state of the engine.

Dang, well i will still try to do the performance upgrades. And see what i can get out of this car. The car has around 230K miles on it now. I will go get a compression check soon. Thankz all of you for your help and incouragement.
