Looking at replacing with take offs an 2002 M3. Anyone tried?

Define fit.

You can strap a 747 engine on your 323iT and make it work if you want to spend enough $$$ on it. Someone on E46Fanatics is slowly turning his 323i into an M3 by replacing nearly everything that's originally on his sedan.

I'm not going to bother trying to detail everything that's needed for the swap, because it's a long extensive list. The simple answer is don't do it. The front's won't fit, the rear will but then you'd have mis-matching suspension bits. The fronts will fit if you replace enough parts on your car to cost you more than the cost of going to a high-end coil-over system.
