So, before I begin, I did do a search... but no luck.
So I went to autozone, and got all 3 belts, but how do I change them? I can't find a tenisoner anywhere!
thanks in advance

You mean the PS, AC, and water pump belt?
The water pump was the hardest, but the way I did it used the alternator bracket to let out the tension. Ditto for the power steering. The AC one was hard, I used a wrench to give me the leverage needed to wrap the belt around the pulley.

Sounds like I am in for quite a time then... I would think that BMW would of made this process easier....

There is no tensioner? Sounds odd.

I could have made it much easier by just adjusting the PS, AC, and Alt, but I didn't want to make the belts too loose. The only reason I didn't was because I changed the belts with the engine out of the car, where I could get away with the wrench. It really isn't that bad, just takes some muscle.

Just loosen the 3 tensioners and you should get them on with no problems.

On my m30 there are two or three toothed racks that allow you to loosen the pulleys and easily pull the belts off. I did this not too long ago and it wasn't very hard. If you put the car up on ramps and take off the plastic guard below the radiator and crawl under the car, you should see them.
Good Luck. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Oh, and with any luck this summer I'll be in SF! (sunnyvale to be exact. Never been there before and I'm really excited)

oh, and get your belts from autohausaz.com. Much cheaper, and if you spend 50 bucks you get free shipping which only takes about a week for me, probably less for you.
