I have the Samsung A790 International Phone. I havn't had it for a year yet.

The antenna is faulty, and Sprint says they can't fix it because they don't sell it anymore, even though there is one sitting in the Duluth store (they won't sell it to me since it's a "demo"). They referred me to Samsung. Samsung says they can fix it, but it will take 2 weeks, and they will charge me, because an antenna problem is listed as "cosmetic". :rolleyes

All I want is my phone fixed, or to get it replaced.

Any suggestions?

Throw it away and start fresh.

Throw it away and start fresh.

I paid $650 for this phone. It's the best phone in the world. Seriously.

Not really the "best" right now, huh?

Even with low reception, it still is.

I was looking at that phone awhile back, but eventually went and got a Samsung A900. Anyways, I'd go to a different Sprint store. They fixed my old phone well after it stopped being sold.

Where did you go?

There's a small sprint store in the Avenues at west cobb. That's a bit of a drive from where you are though.
