I live in South OC, but work at Long Beach Airport.....am running a Alpine 9847 with my Zen hard wired into it, Pioneer Kevlar Components in the Doors, Stealth Boxes, and I forget who's amps. Impressions...very good clean sound....not killer bass but good bass with no boominess. (and having a 42" tall www.svsubwoofers.com sub in my living room...I sorta know Bass! :D )

I Can Tell You They Have Good Bass. If You Want To Be Heard A Block Away Then These Are Not For You. But If You Life To Listen To Music Other Than Rap With Good Bass, But Not Overpowering Then Check Them Out. I'm Running A Zapco 200 And It Does The Trick. I Like My Trunk Space And With The Stealth I Dont Lose It.
