hello everyone. I just picked up a used 2003 e66 from manheim. As a lifelong benz owner, I have found that it is TRULY important to work with a service writer who "gets it".

I live in manhattan beach, so I will be taking my car to south bay bmw in torrance (i work in 10 minutes away from this particular dealership). does anyone have any recommendations of an experienced service writer who is knowledgable AND willing to go to bat for his customers?

If anyone needs a good recommendation for manhattan beach mercedes, I have a good guy.

i have yet to find anyone i really like there....period. the parts guys are cool though :)
