Our 330i AC has been back to the dealer 5 times in less than 4500 miles. Valves have been changed and yet the system still loses refrigerant and fails to cool.

Has anyone else had the same experience and how did you get the problem resolved?

Have you gone to a 2nd BMW dealership or have called one to see if any of their customers have come through with the same issue? I personaly have not heard of this issue. Good luck and I hope they give you a loaner car.
