I was wondering if the factory intake manifold on my m50 would be alright for around 400hp with the help of a gt30 or gt35 turbo. I see custom intakes on some cars but not others so i really don't know if its necessary to buy a custom one or not.
Also, bang for the buck, who makes the best turbo exhaust manifold? i really like aa but if there's something cheeper and works just as well, i'd prefer that.

Took some finding though but is an excellent thread. Gives you all the options and your best options.... The cast one that is SPA I think is a VERY good bet for $600. The boost logic one is the "best" but is the most pricey at $1800 I think.
As for inlet manifold it depends on your exact car as I know one of the OBD2 manis is restrictive but if its a US M3 one it should be good for well over 400 whp as far as I am aware
