I move to have them removed from our supporting vendors list. If you search around their web site, there is no phone number at which they can be reached. They have an online submission form (no actual email address), which has twice "not gone through".
Their amateurish web site should’ve tipped me off, but they had a good price on lights that at the time I didn’t have much money to spend on.
Originally, I ordered a set of clear tail lights and clear corners (with bulbs) for my E36. The tails came, poorly packed, and one broken. Adam allowed me to send them back, and sent me replacements. I didn't recieve the corners for months, and I probably wouldn't have gotten them at all if I didn't continually harass him via email.
The entire time, he had my money, and seemed uninterested in getting them to me in a timely manner. There were several excuses, I didn't care. When the corners did arrive, they were not as pictured (slightly different, I've seen two kinds of E36 clear corners - so I let that slip). The contacts at the end of the bulbs immediately broke following a flawless installation. Both of them. I'm using my original bulbs now.
After several tail light errors on the OBC, the complaints started into Adam's inbox. They were intermittant, annoying, and didn't go away. Then they began to leak (build quality on the Depo tails is absolutely ridiculous). On May 26th, 2005 I received this email from Adam:
Steve,
If the tail lamps don't look extremely used, I can take them back since they are defective. I have shipped several sets of these lamps (in addition to testing) and it seems that a flaw with Depo's manufacturing process produces a small quantity of defective units. I would rather have you try a new set out, but if you prefer a cash refund we can work something out. Thanks and let me know what you think.
Regards,
Adam

I haven’t been able to get a hold of him to follow up through email or phone calls (I have called several times, and have even left a detailed message) since. He sold me crappy tails and now has my money.
Pinnacle is a joke of a ‘company’. I edited this post to make it shorter, I could nitpick further but I decided to keep it to the point. I would highly recommend staying away from Adam and others (if there are others) at Pinnacle.
They are not an asset to this forum in terms of customer service or in terms of participating in the supporting vendor program. If you have specific questions, don’t hesitate to ask. I’ve read some other negative reviews of Pinnacle here and there. If you have something to add, please post in this thread or link to your original post!
