Last night, EvilOne and I decided to drive out to northridge from my place in LA. When we got on the 405N from the 10, an IS300 immediately sped up to follow Allan in the M3. Allan downshifted and took of, quickly ravaging the IS. I followed suit, making sure he noticed that he got beat by an M3, and a 323is ;)

Then a few miles later, he gets on my tail again with his highbeams on, and tries to sit on my bumper. I brake check him, downshift, and leave him in a cloud of dust. I had probably 15 CLs by 110 on him. Then out of nowhere, I notice another E36 M3 has fallen in behind the 3 of us. He tries to pull up next to me, but I drop it down to 4th, and wind it out, putting about 4 CLs on him.

He tries to follow the two of us, but after that we shut it down b/c the 101 was coming up soon. We're just chillin in the 101 lane, when out of nowhere, the E36 M3/4 pulls the ricer move of the century, cuts like 5 people off, and jumps in in front of us. We get stuck behind a volvo semi on the ramp, but as soon as we hit the 101, we speed up and give chase. We catch the M3/4 about 1/2 mile later, and I quickly downshift to 4th, wind it out, then shift into 5th, shutting down with about 5 CLs on him by 130. It was a fun run, kudos to the M3/4 driver if he's on here.

Then today as I'm making my way up the 110 to pasadena from school, I notice a 420SEL make a lane change and sit right on my ass. I was doing about 70 at the time, so I downshift to 4th, give it some gas, and he follows suit. I enter the big righthand sweeper at about 75, and accelerate through the apex, and exited the turn at about 85. The merc had to slow down, so I let him catch back up :evil2 Right as he's about to pass me, I hammer it in 3rd, and shift to 4th, putting about 4 CLs on him by 100. I will give the 420 driver props tho, he was hustling that old boat thru the turns of the 110 very, very well, I wasn't aware a big 80s merc. could keep up through some of the twisties. It was a fun run, and at the end of the freeway we had a quick chat and thumbs up, turns out the guy's main car was an STi.

There have been some fun runs this week, I now finally understand why I spent so much goddamn money on my car (its worth every penny!)
