I searched and could not find anything on e34's without them.. Is this possible
is I guess that would explain why I have that humming sound around 40 to 55 mph... any help or suggestion would be great
thanks

I think you missed something. If your car didn't have guibo, I don't think it would be very driveable. I remember when guibo was going on my car, it used to vibrate quite a bit on acceleration. I neglected this for a while and it grew into a bigger problem, where the vibrations got so bad, that they losened some bolts on one of my axels and then it ripped right off the hub.
the humming sound could mean a failing wheel bearing or if it's also vibrating, then it's probably failing thrust arms

well I checked the wheel bearings balenced the wheels etc... the guibo comes right off the transmission and goes inbetween the driveshaft right?

the 1990 models with automatic transmissions do not have guibos... It's a solid, not flexible connection between the trans and the d-shaft.

so assuming that then the vibration would most likely be a center bearing and or driveshaft??
right
thanks
