I've got a brand new set of Carbotech Panther Plus CT558 front brake track pads listed on eBay for $49.99 and no one is even watching it. I paid $129 for these pads but I bought a BBK so I can't use them now. According to Carbotech's website, these pads fit '96-'04 Z3/Z4, '92-'98 318, and '92-2000 323/325/328.

CARBOTECH PANTHER PLUS (1106): A high torque brake compound delivering reliable and consistent performance over a very wide operating temperature range (150F to 1250F). Advanced compound matrix provides an excellent initial "bite", high coefficient of friction (0.54-0.56), and very progressive brake modulation and release characteristics. Panther Plus offers high fade resistance, rotor friendliness at all temperatures, and excellent cold stopping power. As a result, Panther Plus is an excellent choice for beginner-novice lapping day and high performance driver's schools on street driven cars using street or R-compound tires, eliminating the need to change brake pads at the track. Thanks for the head's up, I will keep an eye on it. I am running Mintex race pads right now, but I had good luck with Carbotech in the past with my heavy 535i
