So i washed my car today. I didn't wash it comprehensively, just with some soap.

Now i didn't have a good way of drying, so i just used a towel, and it left some of its residue on it, i hope that's not dangerous for the car/paint?

next, as i was washing the car, i saw a lot of minute scratches and whitelines on the car, you don't see these from a distance, those are visible only if you come like within 10-inches of the car. So how can i remove those scratches? should i goto a body shop? can a body shop renew my paint?? remove scratches and lines???

also, as i was cleaning my hood, my BMW logo emblem had very minute scratches, but i was wondering if it is possible to replace the emblem, if yes then where and how can i replace it?
