Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake for the E46 M3. The perfect combination of style and performance. On a stock M3 - this intake gained 7 rear wheel horsepower and 4 ft/lbs of torque.
Design and Development:
Real-world testing combined with dyno based development work and computer simulation of air flows forms the basis of a rigorous design and development process with few equals in the industry.

Each Carbonio intake tract is produced in a unique thermal barrier composite. Carbon fiber’s unparalleled ability to insulate against heat, its high strength to weight ratio and its unique aesthetics make it ideal for an intake application.
Carbonio products utilize production techniques usually reserved for the aerospace industry. The various carbon fiber and thermal barrier layers are hand laid in the mold , vacuum bagged and baked in an autoclave for several hours. This process creates an ultra-strong component with unmatched production tolerances and finish quality.
