Does anybody have any experience with engine management reprogramming for a e90 330. In the past I have gotten chips or reprogramming from Dinan (in Mountain View California) and been really happy with the additional horsepower and touque, but they don't appear to have developed anything yet. I don't want some crazy set-up that is hard on the car and drives weird, just a moderate boost that still allows good mileage and smooth power curves.

Being that your car is so new still do you really want to void your warranty just yet?
I would wait a while personally.

That brings up a good point. I read on another thread that as long as you programmed it back to stock a leased car could be returned without problems. (mine is leased). Is this bad information? At Stevens Creek BMW in Santa Clara CA, where I leased my car, Dinan (the tuner) actually has an office inside the dealership. I guess I should ask them, but they don't have reprogramming available for my car yet.

Ya i would ask them, generally for a lease as long as you return it to original equipment its all good. But BMW's are gennerally always worth more then the buy out to start with, so just giving it back might not be the best bet.
I would be more worried about something breaking and needing warranty work done and it being denied because of the chip.
