Go to Mock Tire on Robinhood Rd. They have passed every one of my friends, and my car when it had 10.5% without any questions asked. Just watch out for K.D. Harris. City police officer. He sits on Hanes Mall Boulevard alot and is one of the only cops in the city that will actually give you a ticket for your tint, he did to me. Anyways hope that helps.
