I think they're not attractive. Sorta reminds me of Sony.

2,000 watts? Ain't that a bit much?

I agree it is a bit much i would never probably need that much but im my past experience it was better to have more pure rms wattage and not use it all to get a cleaner less distorted sound, as apposed to lets say a 500 watt amp and tax it to death and run into clipping having it shut off and over heat, and the like. Kinda like what they say on dream car garage. Do you need it no. Do you want it hell yes. But seriously it's about having more than you actually need and not overtaxing your amp, and also having some flexibility for future expansion is what im thinking about. I'm just wondering is this would be a good option?

If you are an audiophile then this amp isnt for you per se. These lower mid-fi amp lines are aimed more for the sound quantity bunch then the sound quality. IMHO.

Ok thanks for the heads up, i was looking to use it to power one or possibly two kicker 12" L7's that are collecting dust in my garage, and later down the road upgrade the cabin speakers to components. It would be going in a e39 with the dsp option. Dont want to spend a fortune, but like a fool i sold my rockford punch 700is 3 months ago. And was looking for a cheap replacement.

well after doing more research it seems that i'll probablt be going back to my beloved rockfords, or kick it up to Macintosh or Nakamichi, Or maybe give Memphis Audio a try
