Hello all.
Just a quick note of the quality of UUC's (Rob's) customer service.
I recently purchased the 8.5lb flywheel/e34 m5 clutch combo and after sending me a no-cost upgrade of the performance organic clutch due to backorders, I was quite happy with the kit. However, quite quickly I had some problems develop and after finally resolving the issue today it appears as though it could have been as a result of installer error rather then defective parts. Despite this outcome, Rob still warrantied the clutch and is helping me to get the car back into top shape. I think that speaks wonders for customer service, especially for me living in Canada and having to problem solve through email and over the phone.
I would not hesitate to do business with UUC again, and in fact I ordered some parts today while we were on the phone resolving the clutch issues.
