Posting this for the German intern in my office who was here for 6 months and will be leaving to go back to germany on Feb. 10.
He owns a 1991 325i that he needs to sell before he leaves on Feb 10. It has 141,000 miles. The car runs and drives fine -- it has been a reliable commuter for him since he purchased it about 5 months ago.
The car is white - the paint is about a 5 out of 10. There is a dent in the left rear quarter/rear bumper as well as various dings here and there. I don't have it in front of me, so I can't go into more detail. Best way to evaluate it would be to come see it.
The ac is present, but does not work.
The seats are tan leather and are in good shape. The dash is cracked. The glove box did not work when he got it, but he purchased a new lock assembly - not sure if he put it in or not.
The car has a new battery.
Maintenance history is unknown - he purchased this car 5 months ago and the previous owner did not have any records on it.
Asking price is $2,500 -- which is a very fair price for the car.
