So this wasn't really much of a kill but it was fun.

I went to the movies last night with a bunch of people and one of them owns a 318, it's one of the 4 doors and it's totally stock. My car is pretty much stock as well (just debaffled my airbox but I don't think that counts). So after the movie I mention that we should get on the highway and see what his car can do.

Well I was leading and I took off right at the on ramp. Got a little bit of a lead and then slowed down a bit for the 318 to catch up. He flys by me after I had slowed down and so I downshift to 3rd, catch up to him, feather the throttle a bit to stay with him and then take off past him. I found out later he was pretty much gunning it.

All and all it was a lot of fun to get to look at his car after the movies and then play around a bit on the highway.

I know it was pretty much as to be expected but it was cool none-the-less.

what kind of rims are those in your sig?

They're alba rims that came with the car. I was supposed to get the original rims but that never happened. I wasn't sure that I liked them when I first got them but they have grown on me.

I know they are chrome but I think they look pretty good.

Wish I had my 318 there- your stock 328 would have been bookended by 318's. I know you said it wasn't much of a kill, so i'm not busting on you, but you should have spotted a stock 318 about 12 miles to make it a race.

thats why i want an e30 318is. cause when i get a bigger motor in and leave the badging, i'll be the laughing one... if i can pull it off..\
