small dings can be taken care of by use of a plunger, but that's only if you're ghetto.

paint has to be intact to use paintless dent removal.
mrkirkman 02-01-2006, 02:37 AM I had a PDR guy come out and look an my car, and he wanted to drill into the door jam to get the dent out, but I really dont want to put that hole in the door. Is there any other method to remove the dents, other than drilling into the door?

They do it that way because it's quicker then taking the door panel off. I had a dent repaired on a door but I had already removed the door panel for the guy. However sometimes depending on where the dent is drilling a hole is the only option.

there is also a method using a glue and plug with sliding hammer. works well on hail damage and dents that are round, if not using spoons, drilling a hole or removing a body panel is the only way.
