of course the picture on your website will look clean, i am asking you is the install clean such as the eurosport kit. or is there still going to be a sensor sitting in the engine?

Does the kit come with a fuel rail cover?

Midnight Autoworks

yes , the kit includes the fuel rail cover.

how clean is the set up?
The install is very clean , all sensors and the idle control valve bolt on the manifold with our conversion kit and you keep your stock oil air separator (unless your going forced induction), keep your stock fuel rail, keep your stock air temp sensor, the kit outfits the manifold to accept all your stock parts directly. There are at least 15 people from this forum who have installed this kit on their car. The kit comes with a phone number for 24hr tech support so that whatever hour of the day you choose to install it you can ask questions if you ever get stumpt, but with our new install manual you should have no problem installing the kit especially if your in the least bit mechanically inclined.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

i also bought this kit and installed it on my 99 M... i definetly noticed the difference in power... before the car would just pull hard at like 4000 and then start to die off in the upper rpm range but now it just keeps climing quicker and quicker... im also not the most experienced when it comes to working on my car but i just called up a buddy of mine and we were able to finish off the job in a few hours with a couple snack breaks in between.. their was one point during the install that my buddy and i were confused because the picture in the instruction manual wasnt very clear but i just called up joe at Midnight Autoworks and he knew exactly what to say to help me get through it... other than that the instruction manual was pretty good since it was 26 pages long... so in the end i was pleased with the product especially for the money... it def. gets the job done and you still get a couple hundred bucks left over in your pocket compared to the other kits being offered out their... just ask for joe if you ever run into any trouble cuz hes the man... ill post up some pics later on sometime next week maybe if i can find some time...

Interested, going to see if I can swing it. Never really read any clear answers if this is a worthwhile mod when only having mild mods like I do. Sharked, Intake, FDK, Crank Pulley, Magnaflows.....

I guess after this the next performance mod is a supercharger or turbo... ugh $$$$$$$$$$$$$

We will release pictures and pricing in April.
Email us if you have more questions about our manifold.

I just got mine from the GB, and it's still in the box. I am also not a huge fan of the glossy black paint job, but I can live with it. Can I swap it out for the above-mentioned new kit when it becomes available? Thanks.

I want to know about these "aluminum plug n play M50 manifolds". I might be interested if I can get some real customer service this time.

My last order from Midnight was a total flop. I'm sure Midnight remembers me... I ordered the OEM clear corners package... 1 month later you said "for the delay, I will send you them for FREE"... well 3 months later... I didn't get shit in the mail, had to order from a different supplier. What kind of customer service is that, to lie to your customers?

I got my car out the shop yesterday today i decide to install the obd1 kit im not a beginner at this ive done 3 twin cam swaps in e30's made my own turbo setup for my 2 e30 325 2002tii BUT dam this sucked everythings gotta be cut (hoses, fuel rail) and test fitted again and again and all of this is going to go in the trash in about 2 months when my turbo gos on i know that this kit will NOT work with boosted application. Over all the powers there i can really feel it so 2 thumbs up to midnight on that but the install sucked.

For anyone that is going to install one of these kit. Do NOT read the instruction it will just complicate things. Its much easier just to look at the pics and go from there. Maybe its easier on a e36. Id rather change a death tube on a m20 before doing this again lol.

Curious to hear what others response has been. I sent Joe payment on March 6th. I have had excuses that twice it was shipped but to the "wrong" address. I have asked for a refund but have been getting the run-around for the last two weeks. What's up?

I contacted my credit card company to make a claim for a refund and posted on the other forums the following:

Unfortunately before I saw all these threads I ordered the M50 Manifold kit from Joe at MA. After repeated lies, misrepresentations and delays in issuing a requested refund I have instituted a claim with my credit card company. I find his actions deplorable. Any questions, you can contact me, John H. Griffin, Esq. at john@jhgriffinlaw.com .
