I currently have one coat of SG on my car now. I plan on putting on another coat tomorrow and was wondering if I could immediately follow that up with a coat of S100 wax, or do I need to wait a couple of days as with multiple coats of SG?

4-5 days is really unnecessary. 24 hours is really the most you need to wait, some don't even believe in the curing process and layer it an hour apart. Personally I wait 24 hours in between coats just to be sure. Make sure you QD your car the next day before applying the wax to remove any dust that may have accumulated.
