What I know:

1) They're both designed to be dual pick up.
2) The LTW oil pan was the precursor to the euro 3.2L version.

Is there any differences between the 2 setups?
Is one superior to the other?

I think there are some subtle differences in the way the pickups attach to the pumps and the pumps themselves, and the brackets that hold them all in place.

I believe that may be all.

In otherwords, not all the oil lines and pumps are exchangeable to the different versions.

And..I think there may be as many as 3 versions of the whole set up.
