Im getting ready to Leatherique my front Vaders and I had a question regarding my headrest. It has a fairly decent sized crack/hole in it and the leather around feels dry and like I could tear it easily. Should I have just the bad panel replaced by a upholstery shop then redye all the same color? (I have the full Leatherique kit) or would you patch and fill in with the Leatherique crack filler stuff then redye?

Just curious as to what others have done...Thanks.

I haven't used the crack filler, but I'm thinking that it would be tough to get it to fill in a hole that big. I bet your only choice is to have it reupholstered. :(

reupholster. The crack filler is only for surface scratches that haven't broken the hide yet.
