Why BMW Why? Why do you make the same mistakes on different models throughout all the years! Ever since the E30 models, one of the weakest points on the car was the front mounts. The E46 M3 subframe is also prone to problems.. and now this! Even the Z8 is affected..
this is sad news

All car manufacturers have problems and the last thing they want to do is start a campaign where everybody is pointing out everybody else's problem.

You know about BMW's issues, because you have your finger on the pulse. I'm sure that if you were frequenting Porsche or ... boards you would be hearing about their problems.

I don't think the sky is falling here, the fix will likely be some bracing on the top and bottom.
