I was cleaning my wheels today and noticed that a spot on the rear wheels is alot more glossy and metalic than the rest, and i know the wheels have a clear coat on them but im all confused now>:95 :dunno, is the glossy part the real wheel finish or did i go through the clear coat!??? anyone else out there with this issue???

Have you had new tires put on the rears before?

If so, the tire guy might have removed the OEM balancing weights to a different spot when your new rubbers were put on.

Is it on the outer part of the rim or on the inside?

the outer, and only the rears, its a 99 m3 so its got the deeper dish in the rear. its weird i cant figure it out and dont know what to do about it.
