i got my DD on thursday. but i'm still on probation until march 9th. heh.
m3pastu 01-10-2006, 12:06 AM sucks man...
QuestMCoupe 01-10-2006, 01:15 AM That sucks. Most cops are dicks...not all of them though...but most.
luckytopher 01-10-2006, 01:43 AM quit breaking the law maybe?
DEnoob 01-10-2006, 01:48 AM p.s. i really hate cops
I apologize in advance for my tone, but you need to stop whining like a little girl and accept your fate.
You broke the law, suffer the consequences. Whatever happened to taking responsibility for your own actions instead of blaming the cops for your own mistake?
bcausseaux 01-10-2006, 03:40 AM I get so tired of hearing people complaining about cops. The only people who have problems with them are the ones breaking the law, or at least the ones getting caught. They are only doing thier job. That job being to enforce the law, which personally I am fine with. I am very appreciative of the fact that they put thier lives on the line everyday trying to keep the crap of society off the streets.
Personnally I love nothing more than seeing some stupid ass driving 120mph down the highway, endangering every ones life around him for his own stupid selfish pleasure getting busted by the cops.
If you want to go fast, do it at a track.
It is these same whining bitches that always complain about the cops that call them when they need them. I have no doubt that when thier mom or dad gets slammed by some jack ass speeding through the intersection they will ask, "Where were the cops?" The same stupid ass that when his house gets robbed he will ask, "Where are the cops?"
If you don't like cops so much, then quit breaking the law and they will have no reason to stop you.
Also, if you are such a cop hater then don't be a little hypocritical bitch and dare call them when a drunk driver slams into you, some punk breaks into your house, your girlfriend or sister gets raped, or somebody beats your ass just for being such a dick.
Because cops suck right.:rolleyes
peace out and I hope you never need them
SecretAznSauce 01-10-2006, 08:42 AM A lot of cops suck, yeah. A lot of cops are good, yeah. Its a toss up, I've met some nice cops, then again I have been harassed by cops at 3am in the morning while getting coffee at QT. one asked me, why i was out so late, I asked him aren't you suppose to be sitting in a dark corner somewhere? the other cops start laughing.
life sucks in general and isn't always fair, suck it up man and live learn

had you read my original post where itold my story, youd know i did one wheelie less than a foot high not exceeding the speed limit on an empty road where the only personin danger was myself, and when did it become illegal to endanger myself, if i hit someone else i get arrested for assualt, but if ihit myself in the face do i get locked up? the cop that arrested me caled a bunch of his buddies asking what to charge me with that would screw me the most, using a sarcastic dick tone with me the whole time and told the judge that i was running around popping wheelies everywhere so that my bond was as high as it could be. i get harrased by them all the time, now when he sees me he gives me shit and all of my friends as well. i dont have a problem with the idea of cops and what they do or stand for, its just when they go on this ego trip and abuse their powers that pisses me off. when i was in the court room, the only one besides the DA and the bailef, they were talking about a guy that was in there earlier about how hes pathetic and a piece of shite. the system is supposed to better the community, not ridicule and digress the troubled
i admit what i did was wrong but my punishment is harsh, im a good kid and i dont trouble are danger other people
Steph328 01-12-2006, 10:39 AM So you hate that cop, not all cops.
SecretAznSauce 01-12-2006, 10:40 AM i HAte that cop too.

Well thats not to bad bud. He sounded like at first he wanted your first born.
bcausseaux 01-12-2006, 01:25 PM You popped a wheelie.
It is illegal.
You knew it was illegal.
You did it anyway.
You got caught.
Deal with the consiquinces of you actions.
You did not like the way it was handled.
Too bad.
You would not have even had to talk to the cop had you not willing done what you knew was illegal.
It does not matter that it was a deserted road or no one was around. It is still illegal.
If you run a stop sign and no one is around for 10,000 miles it is still illegal. If you choose to willingly break the law you get what ever is comming to you within the law.
luckytopher 01-12-2006, 01:29 PM had you read my original post where itold my story, youd know i did one wheelie less than a foot high
wheelie less than a foot high? we're not stupid... you either wheel up or wheel down... the only inbetween is on the way between the two
not exceeding the speed limit on an empty road where the only personin danger was myself, and when did it become illegal to endanger myself
it's always been illegal to endanger yourself... suicide attempts are illegal, seatbelts are required, etc, etc, etc
, if i hit someone else i get arrested for assualt, but if ihit myself in the face do i get locked up? the cop that arrested me caled a bunch of his buddies asking what to charge me with that would screw me the most, using a sarcastic dick tone with me the whole time
most every cop will start out in a calm, civil tone and that is only changed or escalated by the person they are dealing with.. your language, both body and verbal, can and will change how the officer deals with you... this is why some people get warnings for different things... no officer is going to give a warning to someone being a dick back to him....
and told the judge that i was running around popping wheelies everywhere so that my bond was as high as it could be. i get harrased by them all the time, now when he sees me he gives me shit and all of my friends as well.
then obey the law... he can't "give you shit" if you're not doing "shit"
i dont have a problem with the idea of cops and what they do or stand for, its just when they go on this ego trip and abuse their powers that pisses me off.
giving you a ticket for something illegal isn't an egotrip or abusing their powers..
when i was in the court room, the only one besides the DA and the bailef, they were talking about a guy that was in there earlier about how hes pathetic and a piece of shite. the system is supposed to better the community, not ridicule and digress the troubled
that was unprofessional of them, however if they aren't giving names and instead just giving an experience in general, you'll find that happens in about every job... i would probably venture to guess that the "troubled" is probably not the victim here... and that if he had been polite or shown that he was trying to turn his life around, they wouldn't have said he was pathetic or a piece of shit...
i admit what i did was wrong but my punishment is harsh, im a good kid and i dont trouble are danger other people
you admit it, suck it up, move on... the punishment HAS to be harsh for you to learn a lesson... which it still seems you didn't...

Actually the cop he is talking about is a dick. I've met him and seen him personally, .02
Well next time have a friend with a video camera... leave it sitting somewhere if they get you again you have video proof of what you were doing, then you've got leverage...

Eh, I agree with your basic premise and everything, but we've all sped but not necessarily "deserved" a ticket.
Though I guess that depends on how you define "deserve"...my approach seems more humanistic, yours philosophical ;)
n3wbie 01-17-2006, 09:26 PM stunt i'll hate cops with you, who cares what everyone says :stickoutt
bcausseaux 01-19-2006, 07:00 PM I totally agree with you sben. I too have sped and done sliding U turns and what not. However, If a cop caught me, I would take my ticket and not get on a forum and bitch about how cops suck.
That is all, I am just saying I would be a man about it and take responsiblity.
stuntride 01-20-2006, 08:53 PM That is all, I am just saying I would be a man about it and take responsiblity.
i am taking my resonsibility, ive payed all my fees, ive made all my appointments for probation and community service. sorry im bitching but when i first posted trying to get in contact with a lawyer, people wanted to know how it turned out so im letting them know.
Irish03 01-20-2006, 10:36 PM Can't you appeal the judge's decision or have your lawyer move for a mistrial?

you should start claiming to be white
MCM97 01-26-2006, 09:59 AM I gotta jump here and I'm not trying to pile on BUT 99.9% of the cops I have delt/worked with are totally different when they have a gun and badge on. Last year my girlfriend went nuts in my house - broke my laptop, smashed framed pictures of us, and broke plates on my tile floor (there's still a chipped tile in my kitchen). I called 911 when she broke my computer and it took them 31 minutes to get there. When she started breaking plates 15 min into her psycho tyrade I picked her up in a bear hug and set her down outside on her own two feet and ran into my house and locked the door. When the cops got there she was crying and pounding on my door and she told him exactly what I typed here. He called the domestic violence unit and I was cited with assault (the ticket was later dropped after I talked to the prosecuter). While he was there he was a total dick saying things like "you need to move off my gun side because i feel threated with you there and probably should handcuff you". Idiot.
I don't know. I've just never had cops do anything positive. Tickets, fine, I deserve more than I have got but instead of writing me that ticket maybe he should be patrolling a neighbor so someones car doesn't get stolen. If you screw up, deal with it but I think we can agree that 99% of the cops out there would be normal people with crappy jobs if it weren't for a piece or metal and a gun

ha, in city of Arlington, a domestic call? someone has to be going downtown. bottomline.
Irish03 01-26-2006, 09:27 PM In Arlington they won't even come to the scene of an accident unless someone is badly hurt, killed, or the cars can't be driven away.
