Saw these on ebay. seems like a cheap alternative to buying the whole set. Can you just take off the old covers and put these on??

Very cool, nice find. $260 is still expensive for just some glass but much better then $500+.. They should fit just fine but don't quote me on that..:D

Looks to me like the entire housing. I just change out one of mine today as just the glass and the silver ring fell off. I doubt it is just the glass as then you would have to re seal it. Looks like a good deal to me.

You will need to be sure that you have hella lights and not bosch as the associated hardware is different.

I should be getting my smoked lamin-x in the next few days.... $20 for the headlight kit. If you can wait, Ill post results on the Projector34's that Ill be installing at the same time.

$20 > $260 :)

I'm about to go out and do the same, but I'm going for something a little different so I'm smoking the low beams with 17 mil protection, and putting 40 mil clear protection on the high beams. I'll have some pics by mid today.

Looks decent, not great. I might take it off if it doesn't grow on me. Just put it on the highs and smoked the lows as I said before.

I have Hella smoked corners to install also... and yellow fog lamin-x on order... so hopefully with the full smoked front end with yellow fogs will complete the look that I want.

all that these are missing is the projector and the cover with the wiring connection. One thing though: you have to have the euro smiley lights in order to change these glass covers. That is because the regular OEM US do not come apart(as far as I know). Check before you purchase.

But the deal is good.

:nono try the all 4 look, maybe it's better.
My original black Hella's are still in the garage, uninstalled...after I chased after them for close to 2 yrs.

Might be selling my 535 soon though. :(

I took off the smoked covers. Didn't like them, they were too dark and too brown. I wanted something a little more subtle. And after driving around at night for a little while, I found that they blocked something more like 25% of the light, rather than the 10% advertised. Oh well, I thought they might be cool, and at least they were an easily reversible mod with not much lost.
