You will have to get it from elsewhere.

In the end, we made a business decision to support our clients with DOT products.

Prolumen will continue to indefinitely support our customers, so factory support is not an issue:)

We will be happy to discuss anything on the phone if you have questions.
The good and bad news is that now without Xenons, the price is much more attractive, the bad news is that we've had a quickly diminishing supply of these:)

designed for xenon cars ?

What would be needed to install these on my 97 e39 with custom hid ?

Yes, it is

Will These headlights work with my aftermarket hid kit ?

Don't know what kind you have and cannot advise at this time on this. The headlights use a DOT Halogen H7.

The angle eyes are an hid type color correct ?

That is correct.

The corners are orange or clear ?

They are whatever color bulb you can legally put in there. So if you have an orange bulb it will be orange.

These Are brand new ?

These are brand new. We don't sell used. Ever.

designed for xenon cars ?

Designed for 97-2000 E39s, xenon or non-xenon.

What would be needed to install these on my 97 e39 with custom hid ?

Mostly a plug and play system depending on your aftermarket HID

If u can answer ill these questions ill take a set .... i would still like a raw pic of the headlight

Its going to be hard to get warranty on the HID kit from ebay but then again if the kit is good you wont need warranty.

Personally,i think $315 is too much for an HID kit.
If anyone is interested i will sell HID kits at wholesale prices to bimmerforums members only.

without getting into a flame war.. i think that was a very mis-guided statement. Its not "Ebay" you shoud stay away from, its the cheap sh*t people choose to buy to save a buck. Ebay has a TON of great deals on great products.

There are crap parts out there that crap companies sell.. whether it be on ebay or on any forum/message board. Those are the things consumers should stay away from.

For whatever it is worth - I have purchased the Projector39s from umnitza and am happy with what I got for the price I paid. They have their minor draw backs, but are very OE looking and the rings match my HIDs exactly. Even though they are no longer selling HIDs...they still have good prices and products.

On another note - I have also purchased from m_specs (eBay HIDS) and would HIGHLY recommend his products. He is VERY familar with the e39 and won't sell crap. The statement by umnitza is not true for the HIDs listed above.

Also, you can look at EuroSport Design for true OEM Hella replacements...nothing beats OEM.

Wow, $315 is cheap for HIDs. I can remember when HIDs were $500 minimum. I have found time and time again with BMWs..you get what you pay for. If you want cheap HIDs, don't plan on having the bulbs last a year or so.

OEM rocks but $1000 for the headlights from eurosport is very steep.

Nothing is more annoying on this car than a OBC "ding" going off everyday. I had my fill with my rear lights when I kept replacing bulbs then finally got the dealer to trace the problem down to a melted light housing on the rear deck.

I may just stay stock and then buy an M5.

My projector39s light up like this M5s do. They VERY bright and light up my whole garage when I pull in. But the seperation is how the DEPO projector39 lights are made. The hellas have a smooth rounded interior housing. I am assuming you are refering to the black plastic inside the light housing.

Good morning everyone! I took today off in order to sign for my new P39's coning today. Just moved up from an e36 1996 328i sport package to a e39 1997 528i. I plan on doing some mods as usualu and this forum is the best. I bought the Projector 36's from Matt @ umnitza as well. I had tons of compliments on those as well. It's nice to work have great customer service with his company too. I'll let you guys know how the install went.
