does the air work? Any rust? Any problems with curbs or potholes? Car looks like it has a pretty aggressive drop- looks great. Also what rear end gear are you using, and does it have LSD? Did you use the M3 trans as well?

Who did the engine and suspension swap? Is the title clear? What is the VIN? Why are you selling the car? Is the price negotiable? I'm very interested and am pretty local

Yes, do your research.

The OBDI conversion is necessary for the swap.

That sucks... You're going to have to contact eBay asap. It's supposedly a binding contract and he has to abide by it. Let us know what happens.

Yeah That really Sucks! Thanks Though!
What is Ebay really going to do? Send threatening emails and give him a warning? If I go through the legal system- i don't want to deal with lawyers fee's and wasting my time to deal with it.

What!!! Thats some bullshit. Why list a car on ebay with no reserve??? I had a feeling it wasnt going to go as high as he wanted and I noticed there was no reserve. I guess he figures that he can afford a negative feedback to match his others. Poor taste buddy. I hope it gets keyed and then blows the fuck up.

The unfortunate thing is now he can leave a negative feedback on your super squeaky clean image. I would definately report the incident to ebay just in case that happens.

This is total crap on the sellers part. He has been trying to sell the car for a long time. He puts it on eBay, the public bids, and now HE WONT SELL IT for the winning price. Even I am going to contact eBay on this. I, as well, hope the car rots in his yards. I believe his name is Clay and he is in NY. BUYER BEWARE. I am sure the car is a total piece of junk!! I believe it also has drivetrain problems.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER AND CAR!!

Please why don't you tell the whole story MIKE that you called me before the auction was up and i told you the price i was looking for was 8,500. Where can you find a e30 swap with all this work for 6,000.The exhuast system alone is 2,500, And the car dosen't have a drivetrain problem, oh so you left me a negative feedback after we spoke, thanks for the support guys.

You are a fool. You posted your car on eBay, and now you are unhappy at what the auction ended at... Who cares what you WANTED. You had a non reserve auction. It ended up at what it ended up at, and you are obligated to sell it. That is why it is an auction.. The people bid, and clearly your car is not worth as much as you think. You are lucky it sold for what it did. Mike is an avid car collector, and to the best of my knowledge, he has about 8 cars. When you list something on eBay, you are committing to sell it at what the auction ends at. YOU DID NOT DO THAT, therefore you are a deadbeat and lose all credability within the BMW community. What you did is wrong. There is not one person that will take your side on this one. Who cares what deals were made outside of eBay.. You had a live auction, and now you don't want to sell it at what it ended at. Go Away. People like you piss me off.

Ummm, ebay. More specificly your car because thats what it sold for. Your weak attempt at sounding like the victim here is not working. Its pretty simple, if you wanted $8,500.00 then you set a reserve at that price. You didnt, it sold, and you are a deadbeat. My friend and I both bid on your car and Im glad someone outbid us. Im also glad this is on Bimmerforums and soon to be on many other bmw forums so everyone can see what a loser you are.

m3rdpower
01-21-2006, 12:22 PM
I don't need anyone to take my side, I made a mistake by not having a reserve but the facts are clear that i wasn't selling the car for that price. You all saw it on this site for 8,500.Stop crying like a baby MIKE to your bimmerforums fags.:moon
