I recently ordered a set of Toyo T1R tires from edgeracing.com. On their website, it says the tires are in stock and shipping will begin on Jan 2 (I placed my order on Dec 30). It's been 2 days, I have yet to receive anything from them. I have made a couple of phone calls to their customer service, but was always put on hold forever.
For those of you who have experience with them, are they always like this? Should I cancel my order and ask for my money back immediately?

I ordered a set of T1S tires from them a while ago. They were super fast and I had no problems at all. I would keep trying to call the customer service department.

My GF and I ordered wheels/tires through them. Customer service was sketchy but shipping prompt once they were in stock. Shipper damaged a wheel and they replaced it no problem. I'd consider using them again if I wasn't in any type of hurry.
I was able to get ahold of someone at their customer serivce department yesterday. Turns out, the rears I ordered were not in stock (although their website shows they are, and I received no email notification), and that they had to order from Toyo. I wouldn't have known it if I didn't call the 21st time...
I don't think I will order from them again.
