Ok so I'm working the club, it's a Sat. night and again we are having a party booked that is having a majority of asain crowd. a large fight brakes out in the club and we get to throw a few people out and just my normal duties...THEN

While we're outside with the 7 kids we threw out are talking shit and we basicly just get them in the streets for the cops to come and work their magic. Well the person that got jumped in the club came outside (with his head all busted up and bleeding) came out to face them and talk their shit.... well then they all started it again out front and we just basicly just have to make sure they go to the streets, and here come the deep ellum bike cops... just wreastle them all down to the ground and chill them all out.. and tell them to get lost.

so why i'm out front talking to the cops explaining the situation, the guy w/ the busted head got laoded into his friend's car and we pointed him in the way of the Down town baylor (can see it/like 2 streets away) and had him do a circle around the block (streets are closed at the times) and then about a minute later we here a fight braking out in the parking lot so the cops hop on bikes and the pramoter and I go on feet.... as I'm running through the cafe brazil's parking lot heading towards our lot/fight, we hear a loun BANG:eyecrazy , I look at the promoter, and no one in the streets were startled so we get closer and all the sudden just see and hear BANG BANG BANG (BOUT 6 SHOTS @first) and then turn around and run back through the street towards club as we can only hear 2 guns just unloading and as we can hear 2 shots hit the street next to us we get to the club and get everyone behind the doors and just wait......

So basicly I have no idea about my car yet, just that I know they have a small area of the lot taped off.... then around about 2:30am I come out and ask the cops when the people can leave with cars in the tapped area, I then see that my car was the one in the investigation... I gave them the info needed and a statement.... so basicly what happened there was a fight in the parking lot between some kids that someone got thrown against my car and then they shot at the kid that jumped him, well the cops were so close they got clost and then started firing at the shooter, and from there my car became the shield....

those holes are from the cop's guns... and the ones that pennatrated are big.. the others just made dents... I'd have to say it's some tough metal we have... none of the bullets went through all the way !!!

no they were about 100 feet or so away at an angle towards the back and the kids were then hiding behind the front of my car in the front.... and then was blood all ver my hood I think from the fight before the shooting...
