i HEARD ALOTTTT of good things about ModBargains, especially Don to be specific. Well, i ordered my lip on DECEMBER 19th, and TODAY(January3rd) i finally get a response that it is BACKORDERED and MIGHT ship in 10 days. That would mean itll ship on the 13th and ill get it around the 15th of January. ONE MONTH for a lip? You must be kidding...... Has anyone else had these long delays with no responses before? I do thank DON for replying to my PM's and being VERY helpful, i appreciate the business but did not know it will take this LONG and that id be left kinda hanging to dry...... It was for Christmas, now im hoping itll be here before Valentines day? Anyway.......ill get it one day....

So what's your complain :dunno. Don has answer your PM and email, so I see no fraud. Its just that you would have to wait alittle longer for your lip. If I were you and don't feel this is a bad company to deal with. Ask for your money back and move on. Now, if they rip you off (like most scammer) by not answering your PM's or Email and just blowing you off. Then, you would have a real concern.

You also have to take into consideration, you order during the busy holiday shipping time. So expect delay in shipping out product, that's why I don't do any online ordering during the holiday seasons (espically around xmas).

But good luck and hope you get that badass lip..:)

Seriously. Chill out! You can't expect EVERY SINGLE product you ever buy to not be backordered. They are being a totally awesome vendor by keeping you in the loop and responding to your pm's, etc. There is only so much they can do to keep stocking levels up to demand. Maybe you should think about the fact that they have to wait for product to come in just as you do. It's frustrating to wait but sometimes there is no way around it. Hope you enjoy the lip though.

why wasn't he informed it was backordered earlier? they waited 2 weeks to tell him if was backordered.

Exactly. I was told few weeks later that its backordered AFTER they said it was "shipped". I have a valid reason, but, it will all be taken care of.
