They were rude to us... kind of didn't believe we wanted a BMW. I ended up purchasing from JMK in Springfield. :P

My cousin just bought a new 5 series from there, and was satisfied. I get my parts there also- they always treat me well and give me a good price.

Ask for Warren, hes sold us three cars and has been nothing but the best car salesman my family or I have dealt with.

He also is very respectful (I'm 19 and negotiated the sale for my father's x5 because he was away on business).

If you are buying parts from morristown you need to talk to lenny, he's the parts manager and can find you any obscure part out there. Ive got a buddy who used to be a mechanic there and Lenny still hooks me up with the mechanic's discount!

their parts counter is great. I used to buy all my parts from JMK but since Ben Barron moved, I go to Morristown. I believe I spoke to and purchased through Lenny before, great guy.

I did purchase my car from and get it serviced (on the rare occasion) from JMK since I know the service manager and assistant manager very well and they are very trustful gentlemen.

If you're gonna buy a car, see no other then Manny at JMK. BMWs are a passion of his and he shares our enthusiasm.

Lenny @ Morristown always gives me 20% of list for parts.

i also can vouch for Denville BMW... they are a member of the Ryan automotive group along with Morristown. I have had work done there and they are excellent (also conveinant, i work up the road). they are really great with giving you a loaner too even if you didnt get the car there. i dont know any of the dealers names off hand, but the service and parts department are my people :buttrock

(added plus, there is a REALLY hot chic that works the desk there after 4pm lol):embarrasm

Their drivers are all young and I've heard of them taking customers' cars out for joy rides. Everytime I brought my car in for service, they've scratched it up. No exaggeration. And I don't know about their sales anymore.

Their sales staff is rude and not good to deal with. Parts is alright, the guys seem pretty chill

I have seen a few techs take some of the cars for test runs as far as 78 east . :confused
When I did see them, they were driving wrecklessly and over 90.

Let me guess they tell you it was like that when you brought it in!

Morristown isn't bad, but I like JMK better since my friend is the bodyshop manager and I know the sales guys a little bit.
