Well the wife tells me last night "My car is making a strange sound like a thumping noise"
So I go out for a test "spin" in it.
I hear a thud 2 times, but no pattern to it. So I jack it up in the garage to find the new poly bushings I installed about 8000 miles ago are worn out. They have stretched on the drivers side upper (making the thump sound, and letting the wheel move like a bad wheel bearing) and the passanger side lowers have ground thru and basicly melted away :mad
So looks like more time under the Vette soon. Yay my favorite waste of time, working on the F'ing vette. Good news is I know I have all the tools to do it this time, since I just did it.
After I fix it I think it's getting sold. I told the wife she is getting a P-car. no more Vette if I get my way.
Anyone wanna trade a Porsche for a Vette? really nice with new tires and suspension.......

You press it into a hole and put the lube on it before you slide a pin back thru it. How could I have messed that up? I also had it aligned after wards.

propane regulator on a Class C motorhome
belt idler on a 318is
SSK in an M3
Carbon Fiber hood install on an M3
New pilot assembly on grand parents heater
installed new monitor and driver board in grand parents computer.

None of those went wrong....
