View Full Version : Rides in an Enzo & Mclaren
littlelee1 12-28-2005, 10:25 AM So long story short as to how I met this guy, his son attends college with me down at A&M and we had become friend's through seeing eachother up at Texas World Speedway alot.
His son calls me last night to see what I was up to, now he had told me his dad was big into racing...but I didn't correlate it to him buying over 20+ exotic/race prepped cars.
So he lives two blocks down the street, I get to this house, drive up this long twisty road to his house...and I see this six car garage, all bays closed. So we go inside and tour the house, found out there are lasers installed for security as some rooms we had to turn them off before we walked into them. We start talking about cars and head out to the garage...
OH MY GOD:eek:
Ferrari Enzo
Mclaren F1 w/ BMW motorsport decals
1970 something Porsche cup car
2 rotax shifter karts
F2003 Shoey formula car
640whp CLK 55AMG (ever heard a german V8 Cam? lol)
So his dad comes out and we start talking cars, find out he owns 7 Shoey Formula cars, as far as a few more open wheels cars that he has out in Italy. (he is 4th pick at the end of the year on what chassy he wants to purchase from Ferarri!)
Finally he pops the question, want a ride? So he says he really only has time for two; and of course as any sane sole I choose the Enzo and Mclaren.
Those cars are so beautifully perfected and awesome sounding. It was like heaven. Hearing those engines open up under full throttle was like pure exctasy. So he gives me a ride in the Enzo, his son gets to drive the Mclaren and take me around. I am so envious and jealous, it was like being rich for an hour driving around in those cars.
I'll try to get some pics later, his dad wants to do a photo shoot outside there mansion of a house and wants my car included  I asked if I could take pictures last night and he said it wasn't allowed because they weren't detailed...lol.
BTW: He has over 36k miles on the enzo, he says if it's sunny out, it's his daily driver.:buttrock
sirtiger 12-28-2005, 10:30 AM I would like a Enzo as a daily driver.. haha
nice... yes... picsssss!

Weird thing is, last summer I saw this Enzo driving around and snapped shots of it with my cell phone. Never knew it was his dad's, small world.
They went to their lake house today, but said they would be back friday. So hopefully his father said we should do the photoshoot then.

Just make sure the cars are the only things getting "shot" :bj :ky
Just kiddin' nice find.

lol, his wife was quite the eye candy I must say. Even though I only saw her for a minute or so. She looked more like a Sarah Michelle Gellar (sp?) and looked like she was in her early thirties. Trophy wife.
Now that I think of it...I don't remember seeing any extra cars that she would have been driving, unless she was parked at the rear of the house.
Teaguer 12-28-2005, 11:59 AM I'm gonna guess that when you say "Schoey" you really mean "Schuey" as in Schumacher .
If so then that is some bad assed big baller shit right there . :buttrock

I would have already had some if he had not been worried about his cars not being detailed enough for a snap shot...lol.
I'll try to get some pics of their mansion of a house also. Give's me more drive to do well in school.

Hahaha no, the only sticker that is on the car is a shockwave sticker.
Def. makes me pissed that I'm not filthy rich, although I felt like I was worth millions of dollars cruising around in it.
It's not that car, he doesn't have a vanity license plate either.

It's mostly Domestic with the scattered tastefully modded sports car unfortunately.
writerguy 12-29-2005, 02:43 PM The Enzo with the Stickers lives out in Midland along with a Lambo or two and a Mcl F1 (the guy who owns em all is a friend)
The ones LittleLee was dealing with are more local to dallas and as much as I know everyone here would like to see pictures I would suggest you get permission from the owner in question before you post. I know him and know he is a very private person when it comes to the what's in the shed stuff.
