View Full Version : Dark Green M3 with Tan Interior Combo
BingM3 12-21-2005, 09:35 PM Hi folks, I'm an e30m3 owner and yesterday I thought I saw the most beautiful color combo on the e46M3, it was dark green with a very nice tan interior - couldn't help but stare at the combo...is this color rare or hard to order?
What do you call the interior?:buttrock
Anyone here has it? Please post pics!
balis///M 12-21-2005, 09:52 PM Wow i finally found somebody who like green on E46. Congrats sir! I personally think its the worst color but i love the interior it comes in
the interior is most likely Cinnamon
ronin009 12-21-2005, 11:11 PM Oxford Green over Cinnamon possibly the hottest and most rare color on the E46 M3.

nym3lover 12-22-2005, 03:21 AM Daamn that oxford green is hot. Never saw that color before on an M3.
332 RustBucket 12-22-2005, 11:54 AM I have always loved green. I find it real funny how people on here like LSB and Phoenix Yellow yet they hate green...:confused
BlueM3Racer 12-22-2005, 07:02 PM oxford green + cinnamon would be my #1 or 2 color choice for the e46 m3...i do like laguna seca blue a lot too. green is classy and the cinnamon interior is beautiful. my mom has a jet black/cinnamon m3 convertible and the combo looks great. some pics of it in my sig link.
TracerHawk 12-23-2005, 01:34 AM Here's a link I posted on m3forum.net with regards to an Oxford Metallic Green with Kiwi leather. I posted some thumbnails as well you can click on for larger pics.

NACHTBLAU M 12-23-2005, 04:58 AM Oxford Green and Cinnamon is very nice in person but far from the rarest E46 M3 Combo. Here is a combo that truely is rare Malachite Green (BMW Individual) and Cinnamon...
BingM3 12-23-2005, 09:32 PM The green color is makes the M3 an executive sportscar, the cinnamon interior is just beautiful!

Ofcourse the "Individual" colors are going to be rare. I was talking about rare "standard" color combos. I think your Night Blue, Army Chief's Velvet Blue and Cowboy Beebop's (sp?) Silverstone are probably some of the rarest M3's out there.
Last night a friend of mine told me she was going to try and order a Dakar Yellow E90 Wagon. I dont think BMWNA will go for it.
NACHTBLAU M 12-25-2005, 04:28 AM They'll go for it...she'll have to wait until after the Initial release of the vehicle and the demand drops though. They hate individual when the cars are in demand...too much work during crunch time.

Gotcha. There are some rare ones out there in the US now. There was a few US Specification E46 M's built in Silverstone as well as a few built in Velvet Blue. I'm only aware of one US Specification M3 in Night Blue...and it doesn't show up in the US database...I haven't submitted my paperwork to BMW NA :shifty. There is a guy with a vert in Orinoco w/ Platinum interior :buttrock and thats very rare as well. He rarely posts on the forum though. Just a few of the Many rare M's out there in US Specifications.

Naseem, you know of any Avus Blue E46 M3's out there? I know there are a few Estoril Blue's.
NACHTBLAU M 12-25-2005, 05:46 AM I know of atleast two...one in Virginia and Daver on the M3forum has one in Avus Blue.
NACHTBLAU M 12-25-2005, 06:04 AM Here is a picture of an Avus Blue M3 with Estoril dark and Black bi-color interior. So that makes atleast three US specification Avus Blue known to be in the US...

Thanks for the info Nassem.
As much as I like Avus on the E36 M3, I think it doesnt compliment the lines of the E46 as well as Estoril does.
NACHTBLAU M 12-25-2005, 06:35 AM No prob D. I'm not a fan of medium Blues
