no, he states that the lt1 is supercharged and chipped. oh and this is a repost. that video is old. and the BMW didnt break down, it ran out of FUEL.

it did not run out of gas, the kid got away, they found him and the car at his house later taht day. the part where it "Breaks down" because aprernetly a motor taht runs races all day cant handle a lil beating on the highway is actualy a relooped part of the chase where he stops and crosses the median.

Actually the video ends where he was outrunning the police car before he whipped the 180 and forced the cop into the median. But I never rememer them saying Hp figures for the Camaro, other that it was not "factory." Still fun to see him get away though.

No, the kid did get away, he was cought later that day, and they used a loop on the video, because how do you think it makes them look that a 15 year old kid outran the cops.
