So I was wondering if anyone else uses parts of their bimmer (or other car) for things the designers originally intended. For instance, My car doesn't have a garage, so I get frost every morning. So I take that plastic strip above the glove compartment off and use that as an ice scraper. It's the best damn scraper I've seen in my life! 12 inches of scrape-osity! Can't stop it! If I ever sell the car, which is when hell freezes over, I'm keeping that scraper. The best part is, I can just put it back when I'm done.


So does anyone else have dumb uses for bimmer parts?

i use mine to hold down my four magic carpets during the winter months.
