I'm planning on just running a few races next year in IP, just to get the hang of things, and need to know some things. I have ADD and really cant read the rules too well.
I'm going to assume that the glass in the car has to stay glass, no lexan?
cage has to be at least 6pt? more?
Headlight removal is not allowed, but could you drill an intake into it? (im gonna guess no?)
I'll probly have more questions later. But thanks in advance...

-You have to stay with glass all around.
-Cage can be no more than 6pt for prepared classes - i think?
-You can not remove or alter the headlights for an intake. In fact you can not do any ducting toward the intake in prepared.

Then you should probably run Mod class. ;)
Seriously, read the rules first. Ask questions later.

Don't just read the rules, STUDY the rules.
IMO it is silly to build a car for a class if you don't know the rules.

def read the rules, seriously that's very important especially with the drama in Prepared class that we've seen over the past season. :help ...
plan on getting weight checked and having your car looked over...I think that may be the trend in Prepared class for '06 :dunno

How's that ADD work with racing? You can't concentrate long enough to read rules, but you can concentrate long enough to drive really fast next to other people for 20-30 min?
Not trying to be a dick, just curious. :-)

The BMW CCA rules build upon themselves...so anything you CAN do in Stock, you can also do in Prepared. From there it's not too confusing.
