How hard is it to replace the clear lense on the headlights, mine are kinda faded and i'd like to get new ones. I've got an Angel Eye kit coming in the mail and figure i'd replace the lenses at the same time. Will there be a problem with moisture once I crack that seal open?

Very easy to do! You just release the tangs holding the lens onto the headlight assembly. Open your hood, and it will become obvious. You may need to unfasten the lower trim piece below the headlight to access the tangs on the bottom. It just snaps into the headlight housing with 4 or 5 prongs. These lenses are sealed with a re-usable rubber gasket. As long as you get everything aligned correctly, you shouldn't have a problem with moisture getting in if the seal is in good shape.
Who did you get your angel eyes from? When I installed mine from Umnitza, Matt included a nice set of instructions on how to remove, install, and re-assemble everything. No problem, I think there is a DIY on his site.
Another thing you can try, is to buff the scratches out with rubbing compound, or some very high grit sandpaper, like 200-300 or better. I restored a MC tailight with sand paper before, and it looked great when I buffed it out after sanding it, smooth as glass.
Good luck!

No need to replace them. Get some really high grit sand paper like 3000 grit and wet sand them.
