What is the difference: performance and specs? If i were to buy one while i am in germany, what would the emissions be like and the costs to bring it in the us? How much do they run for over there? 25k euro or 35k euro? Thanks

You will pay much more for a Euro M3 there than you would for an NA Spec M3 here (more than just the exchange rate, they are much more expensive cars there). The horsepower difference is nominal maybe a handful at most and that is mostly thanks to the different means of rating HP (SAE vs. DIN) and the different position of the cats (in the S-pipe rather than the headers). The performance specs are the same. Also you will not be able to import a Euro M3 without serious work to pass emissions, etc. So if your really interested in a Euro M3, the only advantage you will recieve is the warning triangle in the trunk, the First Aid kit under the front passenger seat and the power folding mirrors with the convex glass. Two out of the three of those are easily obtained here in the states. In other words....not worth the effort, stick with the NA spec M3.
