View Full Version : Carbon Fiber Roof, Anyone??? E46M3S13SILVIA 12-12-2005, 01:57 AM Has anyone done a CF roof on their E46 yet? Is it complicated to install, or is it a stright bolt on? Is the Vorsteiner CF roof just as good as the CSL? And also, what would be the price difference between the OEM CSL roof and Vorsteiner? Thanks ChadsM3 12-12-2005, 11:43 AM The CF roof is attached with a heavy duty epoxy body joint compound. Really nasty stuff. I believe there is also a bolt or two near the C pillar. The best option is to have a local body shop install it. Preferrably, one that has experience in body / roof restoration. Plan on $2500-3000 for install.
